Comprehensive Distribution
Without a comprehensive and realistic strategy for getting your film in front of distributors and audiences, your film may be destined to collect dust on a shelf. Comprehensive Distribution: A 90-Day Private Consulting Program assists filmmakers with devising a viable strategy to get their films in front of distributors, in front of audiences, and out into the world, and offers the ongoing support and guidance to take them through the process. In today's marketplace filmmakers need to take into consideration a strategy that encompasses both traditional and non-traditional methods for distributing their film. Each film is unique and every film needs its own customized strategy that includes both traditional and alternative distribution - to exploit the best elements of both traditional and alternative distribution, while weeding out the worst. ONE-ON-ONE ONGOING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE The cornerstone of the Comprehensive Distribution Program is the 90 day ongoing one-on-one support to guide you through the implementation of your distribution strategy. WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAM? • I individually screen your film (if the film is completed) and analyze the most favorable strategy for your film's distribution - this includes but is not limited to, traditional and alternative distribution strategies, and festival strategy • Curate a list of hand-picked sales agents and/or distributors (my personal contacts) who are appropriate for your film and personally refer you to the acquisition executive so you have an automatic "in" and foot in the door in getting your film screened for consideration • Provide guidance through the submissions process, and help you follow up with the best options and offers you receive, so you can get the best deal possible. • Complete a target-audience analysis to pinpoint the exact audience(s) for your film • Provide guidance on marketing strategies for alternative distribution (including marketing partners) targeted to your core audience • Provide guidance on alternative distribution platforms • You'll receive 3 x 45-minute telephone strategy sessions with me to be used anytime during the 90-day program • Unlimited individual e-mail support during the 90-day program WHAT KIND OF INVESTMENT DO I NEED TO MAKE IN THE COMPREHENSIVE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM? Consider this... I've spent over 15 years cultivating the relationships with Sales Agencies and Distributors that I'm going to be referring you to and that you can benefit from at once. But it's not just about the traditional distribution aspect of the Program, for the right person, who can take the ideas we generate and make an exceptional return on investment, it's truly a drop in the bucket. You'll be making a true investment in your career... The fee for the Comprehensive Distribution Program is $3,499. Acceptance into the program is by application only.
