If you are having issues regarding a product purchase please see our FAQ's below for answers and easy resolutions to the most common questions. If the FAQ's do not provide satisfactory answers or resolutions your questions please CONTACT US and we will get back to you a quickly as possible during our normal business hours (these are specified on our contact form).
I just bought a product...where is it?
The Film Distribution Kit will arrive to your (via mail) on CD-Rom. The Distributors Hotlist, and the Self Distribution Starter Kit are, as specified on the product description pages, available by DOWNLOAD ONLY. No physical product will be shipped to you. As soon as you purchased one of our products a receipt is automatically generated and e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided. A link to download your purchase is included at the bottom of that e-mail (instructions appear at the top). If you did not receive a receipt please check your bulk folder as it may have been rerouted there. We have no control over e-mail filters, nor can we control if the receipt is completely blocked. If that is the case please CONTACT US to let us know about the problem and we will forward you the link and password or use an alternate method to send you the downloadable files.
I can't download a product I just purchased... All products are Adobe PDF downloads. This is the standard for reading PDF documents. If you do not have Adobe installed on your computer it is available as a FREE download at www.adobe.com
If you are having any other type of download problems please CONTACT US and we will investigate the problem and find an alternate way to get the files to you.
