Hours Of Business: Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm (Pacific Standard Time).
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response (although we always try to respond much faster). **If you have a problem with an order you have placed or are a Film Specific member in need of assistance, we will do our absolute best to get back to you as quickly as possible (even on weekends).
If you are a member in need of immediate assistance or are a customer having problems with an order you have placed and you have not heard back from us via e-mail in the maximum timeframe specified above, please e-mail us again and include your phone number so we can contact you directly via telephone.
We always respond to member and customer inquiries as quickly as possible, however, our response e-mails may be blocked by firewalls and spam filters, either installed on your computer or supplied by your internet service providers. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and although rare, this does happen from time to time. If this is the case, please be assured we are doing our best to respond but our e-mails are not getting through to you.
